I am including a screengrab because I find it incredible that he should have expressed such a sentiment, particularly after the lasting damage of "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor" or Jonathan Gruber's videoed bragging about lying to the "too stupid to understand" American pubic in order to pass Obamacare.
