The darkness of Palm Sunday as a prelude to the anguish of Notre Dame's conflagration today.

It is heartbreaking to see the jewel of France, Notre Dame, going up in flames. A heartbreak foreshadowed by the somberness and foreboding of the Palm Sunday service just the day before.
