In social psychology, left-wing activism drives research, so unsurprisingly findings don't often replicate, except for...

The most politically incorrect finding in the entire field: That stereotypes tend to be accurate. These studies are replicable & have healthy effect sizes. https://t.co/3UoXOlKnor

I would expand the observation.
Psychology as a field is dominated by a single worldview - Social Justice postmodernism. Social Justice postmodernism in its turn is noted for its anti-science, anti-semitic, anti-capitalism, anti-freedom, positions. The great bulk, approximately 70% or more, of psychological research ends up being overturned, withdrawn, or does not replicate. The more exotic or dramatic the claim, the higher the percentage fail.
Correspondingly, it is a field strongly resistant to some of the most well-established, well-researched, well-replicated studies which have strong effect sizes.
These include not only Stereotype Accuracy, but IQ, heritability of traits, Genetics, and biology.
Social Psychology is a nominally "scientific" field in which vernacular knowledge is more accurate and reliable than the research. And a field in which the researchers are the most resistant to the most documented and well-established findings.
When you stop and consider, that is pretty remarkable though we have become quite accustomed to that Looking-Glass condition.
