Lakes of fog appeared in the thorny desert that would melt away with the rising sun which cast the mountains beyond them into a pink and red hue as if this spot were an oasis on mars. The lakes reminded me of those during the ice age which are now gone but once teamed with life. pic.twitter.com/iZ4xsaqc9U
