The gulf between the chattering class and the American Public

Well, that's about the clearest indication of the chasm between the Mainstream Media (and government and academia) and the American Public.

That's from Rotten Tomatoes movie review site.  The 42 corporate media shills give the documentary an 86%.  More than five hundred citizens give it an average score of 2%.

Of course there is a lot going on behind those numbers, but it is a striking gulf.
