A couple of Classical Liberals (in the formal and complimentary way), Glenn Loury and John McWhorter, discussing a widely known but selectively ignored truth. Personal behaviors often dominate outcomes over any sort of prejudices, systemic problems, intersectionality, etc.
And really, the more fundamental problem, we can know this to be true and yet a vocal and ideological minority can essentially override it with myth and lies.
