A mind so twisted that a defense of civil rights is seen as supporting sexual harassment

Twenty, perhaps thirty years ago, I ceased donating to the ACLU as they drifted away from defending the Bill of Rights and towards becoming just another partisan ideological organization of the left with no fixed principles (such as the Bill of Rights) and an overweening desire to destroy anything traditional in pursuit of the postmodernist critical theory ideal.

Glad I saved all that money. They are now deep in Orwellian territory where a defense of due process is interpreted as being a proponent of sexual harassment. The shift from mistaken to evil is reasonably complete. I am guessing there is no going back for them.

BREAKING: The Department of Education issued a Title IX rule reducing schools’ obligations to investigate sexual harassment & assault claims.

The department SHOULD be combating sexual harassment in schools—instead, it’s holding schools less accountable for addressing the issue.
