"Wrested control of U.S. policy from seasoned diplomats" - Makes you wonder whether this is simply an ideologue or whether a reporter for Bloomberg does not know that diplomats do not set policy, they implement it. Also makes you wonder whether a reporter for Bloomberg does not know how bad and factually mistaken most establishment foreign policy experts have been on so many issues for the past several decades.
That a reporter could write this and an editor green light it is beyond surprising.
