Why we shouldn't ignore sex differences, part 193. https://t.co/RtJAzG42tk

I have always wondered about dosages and sex differences in weight. For most over the counter medicines, its one-size fits all. The average weight of adult American men is 195 pounds whereas for women it is 169 pounds. Roughly a 15% difference in weight. Combine that with bell-curves and what do you get when a 110 pound woman takes a dose that is supposed to be as effective for a 220 pound male?
I am sure there is research but it has never crossed my radar screen.
