One Ring to rule them all

Haven't read Tolkien in a good long while but love the richness of his language. Came across this partially remembered passage.

From The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien

Seven for the Dwarf-lords in halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men, doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
